I've sent an email to support, but haven't gotten any replies either. HDMI to SDI Converter, HDMI to Tow SDI Converter, HDMI in 2 Ports SDI Out Converter, Audio Embedder Supports HDMI 1.3 1080P, 3G/ HD-SDI Auto Format Detection (HDMI Type A. We were hoping to upgrade so that we had front panel controls and other features, and were excited about the XLR connection too, but this clicking is ridiculous, and we're pretty sure it's the ATEM's issue. We were using the previous model, the ATEM TV Studio that has just a blank grey front plate.we connected to it from our Behringer X32 via the digital AES connection, and the audio never had issues. The HDMI is now carrying the clean audio to the ATEM, and just like before, there is clean audio in the headphone jack of the ATEM, but when you listen to the HDMI Multiview or the SDI PGM output, there is still clicking/clacking. I have also sent clean balanced audio to a camera with XLR, and that camera is also connected to the 1st source of our ATEM. Just search YouTube (since I can't post links?) for "Want More Joy" with Shari Prichard - Week 3 and you'll hear my issues. Here's a link to our livestream which unfortunately had the audio issues. I've tried a different soundboard this time, and it still has the odd clicking/clacking that's in the PGM output. It sounds to me some kind of interference due to mixed-matched audio sample rates? But don't go by that.Īccording to the level meters on the ATEM's display, we are not clipping or feeding audio that is too hot. Since I can't link the YouTube video, just go to YouTube and search "crossroads christian church want more joy" and it comes up as "Want More Joy?" with Shari Prichard - Week 3 I'm 99.99% sure the clicking problem is coming from the ATEM. I don't have a way to listen to the PGM SDI output natively, but by using an SDI to HDMI converter, I heard the clicking that way too. Today I listened to the HDMI Multiview (which has the audio too), there is clicking. However once our speaker started to talk I immediately heard the issue but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I checked the audio via the ATEM's headphone jack.clean audio, so I assumed it was clean going into our livestream encoder. The audio is super clean, but FOH and by soloing those outputs in the X32's headphones. We use a Behringer X32 mixer to send the audio via XLR to the ATEM. Really nice piece of equipment, but we did our first livestream and the entire time there was a bad "clicking" in the audio. It does not store any personal data.Installed a new ATEM TV Studio HD to replace the old model.
